APPLICATION FEE

CommonSense has a one-time, non-negotiable Application Fee of $250.00 per position sought (that will be deducted from the Placement Fee). The Application Fee is to be paid up front by the Client and covers complete background checks into any potential criminal history, credit reports, motor vehicle records as well as extensive investigations of previous employment, references and recommendations.

PLACEMENT CONTRACT

Before the matching process can begin, the Client must sign a Placement Contract and provide the Application Fee. Once received, CommonSense will begin presenting information on prospective Candidates.

PLACEMENT FEE

Once the Candidate accepts the Client’s offer, a non-refundable Placement Fee of 20% of the projected gross annual salary for all California placements (25% for all placements outside of California), based on 52 weeks, is paid in full to the Agency within 10 (ten) days of the acceptance date, regardless of the Candidate’s start date.

OUR GUARANTEE

Should the Client or Candidate terminate their agreement within 90 (ninety) days from the start of the contract of services, the Client shall be entitled to 1 (one) replacement. CommonSense will undertake, at our own cost and expense, the replacement of a qualified substitute Candidate. This is the sole exclusive guarantee afforded to the Client by this agency.
