Our Clients’ safety and satisfaction come first. Bringing a new Candidate into your home requires confidence. That’s why we’ve designed a highly selective and thorough application process - one that allows CommonSense to offer the best available Candidates for your consideration. Our agency requires all prospective Candidates to pass a rigorous screening process that includes background and reference checks. We also only accept candidates who have at least three years of in-home experience in the position for which they hope to be placed. As a result, CommonSense rejects up to 90% of applicants, presenting only the best candidates for your consideration. Once we’ve identified a good match, we will coordinate the preliminary interview, confident that our Candidate can meet your needs.
